SCOPE AND CONTENT

Holograph legal documents of the family of Jose del Villar y la Torre. Includes an undated list of family legal docuemtns, an undated affidavit attesting to Joses's marriage to Ana Maria de Arravaim y Canales, baptismal certificates for two great grandchildren, Maria de Jesus Ignacia Josefa Francesca de Paula Gonzalez y Garay (1789) and Ana Maria Joaquina Liverata Ignacia Luisa Gonzaga Francesca de Paula Gonzalez y Garay (1790), a report on the execution of the will of Joses's father Jose de Villar y Palacio and a related sworn statement (1727), and a report on the execution of the will of Jose's great grandchild Antonio de Villar y Lanzagorta (1819). Also included in the folder are a typescript genealogy (1990) and typescript translations into English of the list of documents and the report on the will on Antonio de Villar y Lanzagorta.
