Abstract:
This is a research collection of Velez-Ibanez's papers and notes on the forced sterilization of woman of Latin American descent in the United States in the late 1930s. Most of the materials are photocopies.

Physical location:
The collection is currently being held at the Chicano Studies Archive, rm. 180, Haines Hall. In the future, the collection will be stored off site at the UCLA Southern Regional Library Facility. **Please note that accents have been eliminated inorder to accomodate and facilitate the use of all types of web browsers.
