amount of correspondence, and a manuscript for Albert's book
How to Get Ahead Singing Popular Songs.
Albert Julian was born in New York on June 17, 1904 and was educated at Julliard and did post graduate work in music and journalism
at Columbia University. He wrote shorts for RKO, was a free-lance story analyst for Samuel Goldwyn and other motion picture
companies in NY, and worked on musical and educational films for Western Electric. He worked as an editor, adaptor, and re-writer
for Playmarket in Hollywood, CA and was also the co-author of the book How to Get Ahead Singing Popular Songs. Albert Julian
died in Los Angeles, CA, May 5, 1974.
